"The NOCs have the exclusive authority for the representation of their respective countries at the Olympic Games and at the regional, continental or world multi-sports competitions patronised by the IOC. The SOCGA Board shall be responsible for appointing Commissions and/or Ad Hoc Commissions as stipulated in the policy of SOCGA to assist in carrying out the Programmes of SOCGA;

31.5 Athletes Commission 31.5.1 SOCGA must maintain an Athletes Commission which shall serve as a consultative body and provide a link between active Swazi athletes and SOCGA. Its structure, purpose, membership and extent of operations shall be consistent with the guidelines of the IOC and determined by the Board. The Athletes Commission is entitled to have two delegates attend, speak and vote at the General Assembly. For voting rights, see Article 21 of the SOCGA Constitution.
